Ingredients:

• 1 banana

• 1 egg

• 2 egg whites

• ¾ cup old fashioned oats

• ½-1 scoop whey protein powder

Directions: 1. Beat Eggs and Egg whites 2. Mix in Banana, oats and protein powder 3. Place skillet on Medium heat 4. Makes about 4 protein pancakes 5. Top with 1 tsp almond butter or coconut and almond butter spread 6. Enjoy!
