Obstacle Course Race: Six-Week Challenge
CrossFit Themis is hosting a six-week training course to prepare for the Tough Mudder in Plymouth, WI on October 1st/2nd . Both a full and Half-Mudder are available.
This class will be held twice a week: Tuesdays and Saturdays. Both class times will be taught by qualified CrossFit and Running/Endurance Trainers.
Training will consist of skill building, balance, obstacle negotiation, moving heavy objects, and of course running and sprinting.
Classes begin August 23 and run through September 27th, ending with the Tough Mudder the following weekend.
