Here at CrossfFit Themis we understand that you won’t be able to make it in every day. Long work days, travel, no babysitter, or maybe inclement weather – things happen. Here are a couple great ways to still get a workout in at home with no equipment!

Option #1: “Couch Cindi”
20 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
1 Round:
5 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
15 Air Squats

Option #2
12 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
1 Round:
3 Burpees
6 Jumping Lunges
9 Air Squats

Option #3
10 Rounds for Time
1 Round:
6 Air Squats
6 Push Ups
12 Jumping Jacks
