LITTLE POWERHOUSES

Our mission is to open the doors of functional fitness to a new generation by starting in the stages of youth and by giving them tools to make the absolute best decisions for their lives when it comes to health and wellbeing. This course teaches kids how to live a healthy lifestyle and ingrains healthy habits in childhood.

Little Powerhouses (8-12yo)

Meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm starting on Feb. 6th and runs for six weeks.

Fun-filled workouts and skill sessions that include elements of weightlifting, body weight movements, and healthy food choices. This course not only helps kids physically, but also helps with effective communication, team building skills, and boosts self-esteem.
