How did you get started at CrossFit Themis?

I got started with CrossFit when Annette and Andy were first starting the gym.  She talked about how great it was and she inspired me to give it a try.  I was part of the first class and I never regret starting it.  I don’t come as much as I should, because sometimes life gets in the way, but I really do love it.  I always feel so amazing when I am done and I am always impressed with what I can do during  the workouts. The workouts continue to motivate me to keep coming back.

Do you have a favorite skill or workout?

My favorite skill probably a tie between front squats and deadlifts.

What advice would you give to someone coming in to their first workout?

Just give it a try.  Once you do it once, you will be hooked.  It continually motivates you to do the best you can.  You will be amazed at how good you feel after just one workout.

What is something you enjoy doing in your off time?

I enjoy being outside in the summer and spend time with my friends.
